Waste365 accepts cash, check, and credit cards (Amex, MC, Visa, Discover).
Waste365 charges a flat fee with no additional fees.
All Waste365 customers can create an online account and manage their account online. Contact the Waste365 office at (985)-503-6077
to get your log in and password.

Waste365 is closed on the following days of the year:
• New Year’s Day • Mardi Gras Day • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Day
The day after the holiday, we will resume the regular schedule of pick-up days. If your pick-up falls on one of these holidays, we will return on the next regularly scheduled day.
Trash Collection Guidelines
Place your trash cart at the curb the day before your designated collection day.
Place it next to your cart. If there are a large number of bags (i.e. bulk), please contact customerservice@waste365.org. It may require an additional pick-up or charge. Up to 2 96-gallon cans are permitted. Anything more will need a call-in for bulk pick up.
Bulk trash is any item(s) that won’t fit into your cart. Examples are Furniture, Mattresses, large number of trash bags, etc. To schedule a bulk pickup please contact scheduling@waste365.org or call us at 985-503-6077
. This may require an additional pick-up charge. We’ll need a picture of the bulk items so we can provide an accurate price.

as soon as you think we have missed the pick-up. If possible, we will return that same day.
Yes, however, Waste365 is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen garbage cans.
You do not have to put your carts out if they are not full; however, our trucks will still pass by your home to check.
If you have a smaller cart from the previous owner, please email customerservice@waste365.org let us know how we can help you.
Simply rinse it with soap & water and allow to dry.
Contact Customer Service at customerservice@waste365.org and we will arrange to repair or replace your cart.
Email Customer Service at customerservice@waste365.org as soon as possible to cancel service as you may be responsible for carts if they are lost or stolen.

For security purposes, Waste365 would like you to notify us by email that you would like to cancel your account. Please email us at customerservice@waste365.org with the date you would like your services canceled.
Mistakes happen all the time. We are all living the best lives we can at this one moment; however, Waste365 gets charged fees when there is an NSF check. If this happens on one of your payments, one of our Waste365 customer service representatives will contact you for a new check / payment and add a banking fee of $25.
